Bio
James O'Brien
Nick is an exceptional researcher, and a pleasure to work with. He led a collective strategy process amongst the members of Forum in 2020, produced two reports based on the findings of the process and presented them at a number of events. He brought a wealth of knowledge to the process, and his approach was thoughtful and truly consultative. The end products was a very clear, practical, well-researched and have been of great benefit to our members.
Karl Wilding
Nick was a pleasure to work with: immensely knowledgable about research and volunteering, incredibly productive, calm under pressure and a fantastic manager. I very much miss his blog posts - he's that all-too-rare type of researcher who can write (and communicate more generally) clearly for non-specialist audiences. An asset to any project or organisation.
