Daniel Conradt
Nick was employed at Seasony as a mechanical intern for 5 months (100 working days period), followed by a semester where he worked as a student worker and finally, he did his bachelor project here at Seasony. His working areas included: Being in charge of ‘hydraulic force’ and ‘reaction forces in scissor beam links’ calculations in scissor lifts for our industrial robot in python. Generating a python script that optimized hydraulic piston positioning in scissor mechanisms with the boundary condition given by the Solidworks model. Modelling a vertical farm environment in Solidworks and using it in a Robot simulation platform (Gazebo). Being an important part in designing and choosing the mechanical components for the drivetrain in our first robot. Designing and manufacture 3D printed parts for electronic components. Working on our robot top platform module. Designing new mecanum wheels for Seasony’s industrial robot. Creating technical drawings of mechanical parts. At Seasony we have very high expectations to our interns, as they become a crucial part in our operations as a robotic start up. We need our interns to have curiosity and to be able to solve the complex problems we face in the pioneering work we do here at Seasony. All our high expectation were met as Nick always overdelivered on his project by working focused and efficient. He likes to go in depth with his projects and executes them with satisfaction and in the timeframe that was given. Nick can handle working in a stressful environment, where deadlines must be met. All CAD work was successfully executed in SOLIDWORKS 2021/2022, where he over the time period here at Seasony build a solid foundation for his future work. Based upon my working time with Nick, I recommend him very highly. It was always a pleasure working with him as he is a good listener and fast in understanding. Nicks working attitude was constantly very high. Even when things are not working out, he was keeping a cool head and worked methodically on the issue.

Som studerende fik jeg indsigt i både det mekaniske, elektroniske og det softwaremæssige i udvklingen af dette spændende visionære område. Jeg fik lov at prøve kræfter med alle områder både teoretisk og praktisk og i en startup so mdenne, hvor tempoet er højt og viften af udfordringer mange, så var det ikke småting. Om arbejdspladsen: Huset er tilknyttet Avedøre Skole, og er for børn med generelle indlæringsvanskeligheder. Børnene har her ofte sprogvanskeligheder, er kognitivt yngre end deres reelle alder, de har sociale vanskeligheder og deres omgangskreds er sjældent stimulerende nok til at sikre dem en fremtid med mulighed for selvstændighed bl.a. Huset er opdelt i 3 grupper, indskoling, mellemtrin og udskoling. Funktion og erfaring: Jeg indgik som led i et team bestående af lærere og pædagoger. Jeg stod primært for at planlægge og gennemføre undervisningsforløb som var tilpasset det enkelte barn samt gruppen som helhed. Undervisningen har givet mig erfaring i hvordan en undervisning gøres meningsfuld, forståelig og ikke mindst interessant for denne målgruppe. Jeg har erfaring med at finde barnets optimale læringsrum indenfor de givne rammer og indenfor et bredt spektrum af fag. Jeg har erfaring med samarbejdet mellem lærer og pædagogfagligheden i en tid hvor inklusion, systemisk tankegang og narrativ teori var omdrejningspunktet. Jeg har kursus i narrativ teori fra 2013. Jeg var SPU – koordinator jeg har kursus i rytme – stomp. Jeg har kursus i skoleskak. Jeg var til prøve i svømmehallens sikkerhed og er godkendt til avedøre svømmehal. Resultater I min tid i huset har jeg bragt et mellemtrin til udskolingsniveau, Jeg har gennemført skakkurser Jeg har arbejdet med implementeringen af tegn-til-tale. jeg har etableret samarbejde med eksterne institutioner jeg har skabt grobund for faglig udvikling i hele personalegruppen. (SPU, møder med teoretisk perspektiv...) Jeg vandt børns, forældres og kollegaers tillid som grundlag for et godt og effektivt samarbejde. Show less

Om arbejdspladsen: Det er en integreret institution med både børnehave og fritidshjem. Fritidshjemmet samarbejder med skolen hvor man som pædagog bygger bro mellem skolen og institutionen – samt udnytter de personalemæssige ressourcer. Funktion og erfaring Arbejdet bestod primært i den daglige drift med tilbud af diverse aktiviteter, sørge for rum med plads til fordybning og koncentration samt leg i så forskelligartede forgreninger som muligt. Derudover kom samarbejdet mellem børnehaven og fritidshjemmet. Fritidshjemmet havde en del udfordringer med at give plads til en håndfuld børn der krævede særligt støtte. Jeg lærte her bl.a. hvordan inklusion og ekslusion-mekansimer hånd-i-hånd arbejder indenfor væggene og hvad det i praksis betyder i en børnegruppe. Desuden var det i en hektisk hverdag med hurtige konfliktløsninger, nødvendigt med et konstant og stort overblik. Jeg har gennemgået et inklusionskursus. Resultater: Jeg løste en del opgaver med børn der ikke fungerede uden voksenstøtte i hverdagen. De skulle have fritidshjemmets hverdag og udfordringer forklaret på en anden måde, som krævede særligt indsigt i børnenes tankegang. Jeg agerede støtte og faglig sparringspartner for min kollegaer når det drejede sig om børn med særlig støtte. Desuden sørgede jeg for at de studerende fik et dybdegående og nuanceret indblik i de problematikker der gør sig gældende i institutionen. Jeg førte 4 børnehaveklassespiger igennem et større projekt i en form for ”fritidshjemmenes scenen er din”. Dette omhandlede sang, dans, koordination, motivation, samarbejde mm. Jeg vandt børns, forældres og kollegaers tillid som grundlag for et godt og effektivt samarbejde. Show less

Om arbejdspladsen: Familieinstitutionen er et døgntilbud for børn og familier. Jeg var i børneafdelingen, normeret til 10 børn i alderen 0-14 år. Funktion og erfaring: Jeg var ansat i et barselsvikariet i 6mdr som efterfølgende blev forlænget i 2 mdr for at jeg kunne lære de nye ansatte op. Jeg har fået erfaring med observation, udredning og behandling af børn med socio- emotionelle vanskeligheder. Jeg arbejdede med psykodynamisk miljøterapi og den systemiske tænkning. Resultater: Jeg har på kort tid lært og implementeret en stor teoretisk viden. Jeg har løst særligt krævende opgaver med målgruppen. Jeg har sommeren over været en af de få gennemgående voksne der opretholdte børnenes yderst strukurerede hverdag. Jeg har opnået børnenes og personalets tillid. Om arbejdspladsen Vikarbureauet sendte vikarer ud til vuggestuer og børnehaver i hele københavn. Funktion, Erfaring og resultataer: Min funktion var vikar og jeg skulle på kort tid analysere min rolle og behovet fra den enkelte institutions side. Jeg har fået indsigt i virkelig mange institutioners hverdag både hvad angår de fysiske rammer, men også personalets tilfredshed, kommunikation, ledelsen mv. Jeg opnåede stor anerkendelse alle steder jeg var og mange ønskede specifikt at jeg kom ud. I slutningen af min tilknytning til vikarbureauet havde jeg muligheden for at blive den første fuldtidsansatte vikar i firmaet. Dette blev dog ikke aktuelt fordi jeg startede på Familieinstitution Bülowsvej Show less

Om arbejdspladsen: Brorsonkollegiet er et tilbud til unge som har brug for støtte og omsorg i dagligdagen oftest i overgangen mellem plejefamilie, opholdssted mv. Målgruppen er 15-23 år. Funktion og erfaring og resultater: Jeg var ansat som vikar og mi opgave var at hjælpe de unge med deres dagligdag f.eks. køre dem til lægen, hjælpe dem i skole mv. Desuden var der madlavning og indkøb mv. Mange af de unge havde et stort forbrug af alkohol eller stoffer, og måtte derfor også støttes problemerne som opstod med dette. Jeg skabte tillidsbånd og kendskab til de enkelte unge og lærte at håndtere mange forskelligartede situationer. Lige fra rådgivning af mere eksistentiel art til konfliktløsninger. Jeg havde bl.a. 2 ugers vågne nattevagter som primært var for at håndtere konflikter da institutionen oplevede meget ballade om natten fra de unges side af. Show less

Om arbejdspladsen Lynghuset er en bosted for multihandikappede fra 18 år og opefter. (ældste var dengang 63) beboerne her skulle hjælpes med alt fra hygiejne og soignering til at spise og bevæge sig rundt. Funktion, erfaring og resultater Jeg var vikar og fik et kendskab til hvordan en dagligdag kan se ud for multihandikappede. Jeg indgik i den daglige aktivering, jeg var med i madlavning og spisning. Jeg var med til at opretholde deres livskvalitet ift. hygiejne og soignering, humor og menneskelig kontakt, hjælp til adgang for deres personlige interesser (musik, cafe-ture mv.) Show less
