Coronal Development Services ("CDS"), formerly HelioSage Energy, was created by the acquisition of the HelioSage platform and portfolio by Coronal-Panasonic in early 2015. The acquisition established Coronal Development Services as the development arm of Coronal-Panasonic, and immediately established an end-to-end solar energy development platform backed by Panasonic North America.As project developer, Nick leads all aspects of managing the development process of solar PV projects from site acquisition to commercial operation, working with and supported by CDS team members with expertise in policy & incentives, real estate, GIS, legal, design, permitting, site preparation, finance and construction.
