I have started and mange all aspects of selling my cold brew coffee to other retailers, restaurants, cafes, and bars. I love all things coffee and found a need for an organic fair trade cold brew to be supplied. Having been at Hummingbird Coffee and acquired by Brew Group, then JDE, I have grown into a fully rounded KAM that knows all aspects of production, logistics, marketing for the Hummingbird customers needs. My focus has been heavily customer based, as I have found the longest serving and most loyal customers will stay with open communication, and top-level support. Logistics Manager

Sep 2008 - Jan 2010
Leading the warehouse team from 3PL to in-house logistics I championed many projects and worked alongside many departments within the company from Australia to NZ. Working closely with the product release team I found myself collaborating with releases across all teams ensuring deadlines for end product were achieved. I relished this opportunity as it helped me get better with time management. Customer Services Manager
-
Feb 2003 - Sep 2008
I started this role in the manufacturing and custom-fitting department helping customers get the right fit for their golf clubs. This role gave me a keen eye for detail, and necessary skills to operate many large machines. My next role was in the logistics department working with the sales team to oversee stock forecasting, and ensuring all orders were received in a timely manner. My final role was Customer Service Manager where I oversaw manufacturing, our CS team, and the dispatch team while working with all other departments to ensure the customers needs were met.
