  Working in a small team of 4, we were responsible for everything to do with the structural steel erection process. This generally covers pre-works and set out, the initial build process, purlin, facia and bridging installations, staircases, walkways and shade structures and grouting where necessary. We worked closely with the Builders, Steel Fabricators and Engineers to rectify fabrication issues should they arise on site. Working in a small team of 4, we were responsible for everything to do with the structural steel erection process.   Working for Project Rigging Solutions on the October 2018 Queensland Nitrate Turn Around shut down in Moura we were tasked with the removal and replacement of their 180 tonne Absorber vessel and also a 60 tonne Heat Exchanger. Our work scope included the unloading of all equipment and the building of two cranes including a Demag CC2800 and set up of the super lift for its various configurated lifts as per the lift plans.
