  Worked as the Operations Manager within the Swindon branch of CitySprint. This requires a good geographical knowledge to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced and high pressured role dealing with bespoke customer demands. We specialised in long distance transfers and taking people to and from airports and various other destinations. This was a well established family run business. I was promoted from an office assistant within 4 months and eventually became responsible for the full running of the business, also in control of P&L and compliance. Airports Connect Ltd was acquired by a rival company on 2010.
