      Nick is an infrastructure partner at Squire Patton Boggs, a leading global law firm.       Nick routinely leads large teams of lawyers advising on complex infrastructure projects, often working as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team. His recent transactions have included co leading the team that advised the sponsors (Civis and Aberdeen) on the £260m refinancing of the Leeds Oncology PFI scheme, and advising a shortlisted bidder on the £240m Burbo Bank OFTO scheme in OFGEM Tender Round 4. He also led the team that advised the sponsors (Galliford Try and InfraRed) on the North East Batch Priority Schools Scheme, the UK's first PF2 project. Nick has worked on a number of precedent and market setting transactions.
