When Nick started working with me 8 years ago, we were only a few weeks away from production for a line of 3 products for which there were still some mechanical issues. He was able to catch up very quickly on the requirement and a multitude of drawings. Working closely with the CM and their suppliers and after a trip to China to monitor, advise and train production personnel, all issues got resolved to everybody's satisfaction for a successful launch. I’ve been working on a daily basis with him and appreciating very much his dedication and commitment not only to getting things done, but getting them well done! He is a great team player, interacting with everybody from designers to production personnel. His attention to detail is one of his fortes, therefore his nickname of Nick ‘Eagle Eye’! He does not mind working extra hours to interact with overseas CM and to meet tight deadlines. I have done several trips in China with Nick and have witnessed his ability to deal with CMs and their suppliers in order to build high-quality products that sometimes they were not even suspecting they were able to do! He excels at making assembly easy and cost-effective as well as finding solutions to manufacturing or assembly challenges. Over the years, he got involved in the entire product design cycle: from ID concept, 3D design, rendering, drawings, wiring harnesses, mechanical prototypes/pre-production/production evaluation, top-level BOM, assembly & packaging instructions, and QC documentation. His know-how about plastic injection, sheet metal, extrusion, thermal, safety, and EMI helped us make better products. Nick was an invaluable asset to our design team and was part of the success of a multitude of products from Paradigm, Anthem, and MartinLogan. I strongly recommend him for his skills, knowledge, hands-on experience, and his ability to find solutions.

I have known Nick for a short time, and although I worked with him for a few months, I can say that he is very interested in his job to solve the advertising problems related to the company's products. I am very grateful to receive your support because it really helped me to start in the "best" way in PARC. I'm sure, "Nick is the best", and brings together all the professional skills for the challenges any company needs.
