  I worked as a Trainer at the Technical Services Office of JJ Keller for 8 months before being hired on as a full time Compliance Specialist. I gave multiple daily webinars to client administrators and drivers, and answered any resulting questions. The webinars included information on industry rules and regulations and how to use JJ Keller's online web products. I also managed our Sterling background checks and some client administrative support as part of this role. I would follow up on background requests within our Sterling portal to ensure they were being completed in a timely fashion.
