  As a Senior Consultant at ACMA, I have worked with Community Service Providers to address, non-compliance, establishment of governance frameworks, financial modelling, submission of grant applications, operational and strategic planning. I have implemented strategies to overturn issues of non-compliance and sanctions for home care providers, which has involved remote Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory. In addition to this I have established new service providers in NSW and SA to delivery Home Care Packages in both the profit and non-profit sectors.

The outcomes I achieved include:• Over 4,700 Occupational Therapists across Victoria worked within a credentialing framework where they could prescribe home modifications based on their experience• Risk to customers are significantly reduce due to the implementation of a preferred panel of approved builders• Applications for funding were streamlined enabling a faster system for approval.
