The Trust helps reduce domestic abuse and stalking through creating and delivering programmes on domestic abuse, stalking and promoting healthy relationships to schools and colleges. We also have our accredited training programme, Working without fear. A dedicated programme supporting businesses and organisations in helping them understand the importance of raising the awareness of domestic abuse and stalking in the workplace and the impact that this has. Helping them to create an environment where staff are comfortable with coming forward, train staff and management to handle those difficult conversations, what to look out for and what to do when disclosures are made. We campaign on issues such as coercive control, stalking and knife crime. We work closely with other charities and Police Forces around the country in raising awareness of all the issues that affected Hollie, and which sadly touch so many other lives. In 2015 the Trust launched Hollie Guard, our free app which transforms your smartphone into an advanced personal safety device. It is suitable for us all to use to stay safe and is used daily by thousands of subscribers. With Hollie Guard, if ever you feel threatened, you can send out an alert by either shaking or tapping your phone. Once you activate an alert, your location along with video and audio evidence is automatically sent to your emergency contacts. In addition to Hollie Guard, we offer a 24-hour monitored service (7 days a week) for those who need an additional level of security; Hollie Guard Extra. This service is provided by a dedicated emergency response. Show less

A charitable Trading Company set up to raise awareness of domestic abuse, coercive control and stalking, especially in the workplace. A not for profit company the only share holder being the Hollie Gazzard Trust. Domestic abuse and stalking can impact negatively on an employee’s health and wellbeing. It can impact on staff morale as well as organisational image and reputation. With research showing that 1 in 4 women will experience domestic abuse at some point in their lifetime, it is likely that the majority of workplaces employ staff who have experienced, or who are currently experiencing abuse, as well as employing those who are perpetrators. It is vital that companies have strategies and policies in place to deal accordingly. I want to raise issues around the dangers that are present for employees and the actions employers can do to make their workplaces safe. I want to highlight potential problems which can easily escalate and offer strategies for addressing these issues, encouraging employers to increase safety for their staff. I can deliver training to both staff and management. Show less

The Hollie Gazzard Trust (HGT) was created following the murder of 20-year-old Hollie Gazzard in 2014 by an ex-partner. HGT helps reduce domestic violence through creating and delivering programmes on domestic abuse and promoting healthy relationships to schools and colleges through the funded young persons coordinator. It also funds hairdressing training for young people in partnership with Gloucestershire College. Hollie was passionate about hairdressing and HGT enables others to follow their dream. HGT also campaigns to reduce anti-social behaviour and knife crime. The aim of the Trust is to positively change the lives of young people through partnerships in communities, as well as working alongside other charities and professional agencies. I set up HGT with my wife Mandy, and Hollie's sister Chloe. We have also introduced concepts including Hollie Guard, the Hollie GaZZette and Hollie’s Young Peoples Programme. Show less
