Act as key advisor to the Partnership leading this programme in relation to policy and practice of Community Organising. • Developed a partnership with BaNES Council that enables the working together of the Local Authority and RE:generate so that BaNES can be the first listening and enabling council by training and supporting 100 Civil Servants and Public Sector Officials in a new approach to engagement and embedding the practice in the heart of the Authority transforming its’ relationship with its communities. • Led a one year learning programme for RE:generate enabling NESTA and the Big Lottery to develop their policies and programmes so that they are able to support programmes that galvanise community led action through emergent processes and asset based community development. • Lead the development and strategy for the Association of RSLM Practitioners – a national standards body for community animating and organising practice. • Conceptualised and delivered the Trust’s Digital Platform for Open Data – nominated finalist in the Next Generation Open Data Awards 2013 • Implemented a range of digital systems to advance the internal and external communications of the Trust – supported the staff team to understand how to use them.
