  Part of my responsibilities include running the night audit for the hotel, acting as manager on duty for evening shifts and being the IHG champion for my hotel. As the IHG Champion I work along with the manager of the hotel, as well as other Champions from other IHG hotels, to insure the brand standards are met and our guests are satisfied with their stays. It also puts me in the position to gain new members to the IHG brand and keep them as continuing guests.
