When Nick came to Everest I was in charge of breaking in and training all new tech support representatives. It was a trial by fire as we didn't have the time to hand hold new people with out call center being so small. Normally it would be a day of watching me take calls and explain the tools we use and how our software works and the second day would be putting them on the phone and help them through calls. When I started working with Nick it was obvious he was more the qualified to do this job, he picked up everything with only being told once and by the end of the first day was working on his own after breezing through our systems. It was also fun to work with Nick even on his bad days he would make you laugh. He was a great co-worker, always stepped up to any challenge, worked well with his team and always wanted to learn more. I hope to some day work with him again and know that anyone is lucky to have him as a co-worker or part of their company.
