The main function of the role is to coordinate between TSR and all external manpower resource agencies for the recruitment of staff and contract positions for the KBR Government Solutions and Energy Solutions divisions. Specific projects resourced for Government Solutions include – LFB, MPS, NHS, ESN, and Transforming Forensics. Sectors include – FM and IT / Technology industries. Specific Energy Solutions projects were for off and onshore international projects and all engineering disciplines were recruited. Responsible for maintaining close contact with KBR hiring managers and HR Department during the recruitment of all open positions, liaison with external agencies, issuing out of manpower requests, reviewing CV’s, managing an ATS using Bullhorn, training MSP agency contacts to use it and provided a comprehensive briefing on open position requirements. Added new requirements to the ATS and allocated requirements to Recruiters. Organised Security / technical interviews and arranged for all new hires to start work. Presented an on-boarding lecture to new hires, answered all enquiries during the hire period and terminated contracts when required. Attendance of resource meetings and writing up of reports.Determines where additional recruitment capability / resources are required, interviewed prospective recruitment agencies, negotiated business terms and maintained a large diversified PSL of over 80 manpower recruitment agencies.
