      5 Theaters round out the Performing Arts Centers in downtown Portland OR. The Keller Auditorium, The Schnitzer Concert Hall and the Hatfield Centers for the Arts. These theaters are home to the Oregon Symphony, The Oregon Ballet, and Broadway across America. In addition, the various theaters play host too countless performances, including book tours, lecture speaker series, comedy acts and concerts of every genre. My role is to provide the food and beverage concessions to these venues. There are two restaurants, 2 lounges and countless upscale vending stands throughout the theaters.       The Oregon Convention Center is big and it is busy! 5 City blocks long and over a million square feet of convention and trade show space. The facility hosts several built in food operations to which I assist with a fantastic team to operate. It's a great new adventure and a lot of fun. Although the 5 -10 miles a day my cell phone counts for me can wear on you a bit. Its worth every step.
