I first met Nick Covell in 2019 when I sailed with him in the Little Britain Challenge Cup and during that time it became immediately apparent to me that this guy was worth getting to know. Not only does he share my passion for sailing, he is also an extremely talented business development professional and well connected across the construction and property industries. In the short time I have known him he has connected me to a vast number of clients and professional associates, opening doors for Frankham Risk Management Services Limited that otherwise would be closed to us. Nick brings a pragmatic, uncomplicated approach to work winning. He looks to solve problems, bringing together clients, consultants and suppliers to deliver successful outcomes. Too many Consultants in this sector look to exploit opportunity and enhance weaknesses in process or capability, but Nick constructs business models for the mutual benefit of all the stakeholders involved. Nick is extremely customer focused, genuinely understands the issues and seeks resolution to problems. If you need to get a deal across the line, Nick is your man. His creativity in developing solutions to complex problems is impressive, which is why Frankham RMS is delighted to be working in collaboration with him.

      The aim of the Property Construction Yacht Club is to provide a membership based group for individuals from our industry to network socially and for business purposes whilst sharing a passion for all the adventures imaginable on the water. We welcome industry professionals of any level of experience. We offer classroom and practical training at a reduced cost as well as charters, flotillas, racing, you name it, if its on the water and brings us together we are on it! Members are welcome to get as little or as much involved as their desires will take them from just socialising in our exclusive reciprocal members clubs at networking events to delivering ocean racing yachts. We aim to have an annual training program and an overseas trip as well as club entries to many racing events including Fastnet, Round the Island and Little Britain Challenge Cup. We have access to a host of boats at a reduced charter fee and will arrange family and corporate hospitality cruising opportunities as part of our calendar each year also. By combining monthly social events and sailing in groups organised exclusively for our club members have a unique opportunity to grow their networks and advance their aspirations to spend more time on the water sailing, building strong relationships with other industry professionals.
