I recommend Nick for Project management, a strong leader with excellent communication skills.

Chris Cummins

Nick Corson is an exceptional leader with strong analytical skills that are complemented by his exceptional lean leadership skills on the factory floor to drive true change in an operational environment. Nick is a practioner of Six Sigma and Lean to drive real results in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity at our Cheltenham operations while also assisting our operations in Sheffield and Nuneaton. Under a corporate need to rationalize footprint and consolidate our worldwide operations - Nick took on the task of winding down and closing our Cheltenham operations in 2014 which was done exceptionally well given the circumstances. He is strong operations leader and I enjoyed our relationship and would work with him again without question.

I successfully led the company’s bid to become one of only 16 recognised timber suppliers to "London 2012". I then re-engineered key aspects of the company's product portfolio to meet the unique specification requirements of the "Olympic Delivery Authority" allowing the company to capitalise on the business opportunity.I devised, developed and implemented throughout the company a radical flexible working contract that allowed the company to flex capacity in order to accommodate large fluctuations in demand without resorting to temporary labour and without using excessive premium paid time.
