As the regional manager for Henry Industries I am in charge of 6 different account managers and 3 different operations managers. I have rotating daily calls with all management that I oversee that involves customer development, budgeting and forecasting for the future. As a management team we are currently dealing with over 12 million dollars of revenue and make over 3000 deliveries per day for all customers. I am involved with all facets of the operations in all markets in my 5 state region. I communicate with the Vice president of operations and the CEO on a daily basis as they are the two positions directly above me. I dissect billing from 10 different customers and over 300 independent contract drivers to ensure everything is accurate. As a regional manager i am required to travel up to 30% of the time to maintain customer relationships across my territory and develop a business relationship with all management that reports to me.

As the operations manager for Henry industries I oversaw all account in the Missouri area. I oversaw 4 warehouses including Columbia, mo, St. Louis, mo and Joplin, MO. I managed a team of 4 account managers and made sure their operations were running smoothly. I traveled to the different hubs to train new managers and retrain current managers for all new customer tasks. I took park in 5 different multi-million dollar customer start ups in new territories w hile still managing the 4 markets I was in charge of.
