In this role my responsibilities include fielding specialized Applicant correspondence, connecting Applicants with interviewers, arranging additional interviews if required, gathering and inputting results into our systems after the interview, Conducting reference checks following up on candidate achievements. Additionally, I oversee two staff members, managing their work loads and schedules.
