Nick is the Principal Engineer for MU Consulting Group and brings over 30 years’ experience in project and program management of road and bridge infrastructure implementation and rehabilitation. Prior to joining MU Group Consulting, Nick was the Senior Project Manager (Bridge and Tunnel Projects) within Sydney Project Services at Roads and Maritime Services. In this role, Nick was also the accredited Principal's Authorised Person for individual contracts to the value of $50 million and the section's contracts centre of excellence for CM 21, Major Contracts. Nick also holds CP Eng with NER in Civil and Structural Engineering. Nick uses his extensive experience and knowledge of the Sydney road network and his understanding of the complexities of implementing projects in an urban environment to help overcome project constraints and deliver to meet client and stakeholder expectations. Nick has recently assisted RMS’ Easing Sydney Congestion Team on Tender Assessment for works at MacQuarie Park in association with the rail metro conversion works. Show less

Within Sydney Region's Sydney Project Services, Nick led the Bridge and Tunnel Projects group for delivery of RMS’ Pedestrian Bridge, Bridge Rehabilitation and Tunnel Enhancement projects and programs. The team included twelve civil, structural and electrical engineers as well as a surveillance officer to manage the works. Nick was the Principals Authorised Person (PAP) for CM21 Specific Infrastructure Contracts up to $50 Million for Sydney Project Services and leader in Infrastructure Projects development, procurement and delivery.
