endota is Australia’s largest day spa network with over 100 store locations. I work for the largest subgroup of franchisees with 6 spa locations in the Sydney metro area, in which I joined in June 2019. Over the past three years I have participated in a wide variety of design and implementation projects, with a focus on improving the customer experience and the day-to-day efficiency of the business. These projects include: - The redesign and testing of the online booking system with the goal of improving the customers experience making a booking online. I was responsible for the look and the functionality of this website; - Facilitating customer reviews on the six Google My Business sites – resulting in the doubling of the number of reviews over a 12-month period and a significant increase in overall ratings; - Converting the HR and employee onboarding forms from a manual system to digital editable PDF’s; - Business Performance Information complied at the end of the month and at regular 6 monthly intervals – to help with both business and employee performance management; - Streamline of invoice processing, payroll, banking reconciliation and the control over the sale and redemption of Gift Vouchers; and - My current project involves converting of over 200,000 clients to a new Point of Sales system together with the transfer of over 5 years’ worth of invoice and payment history data.
