Currently responsible for 250 producing horizontal/multilateral and vertial wells with 4,100 boed heavy/medium oil production across 10 core assets, and 2.8 mmcf/d gas sales across Alberta. Collaborate with Asset Team to plan, budget and execute annual capital program. 15 new wells including lined horizontal, multi-stage fractured horizontal, and multilateral, were successfully brought onstream in 2022 without any restrictions. Conduct many well reviews annually to recommend and execute workovers to maximize production while maintaining integrity of operating costs: 85 wells for 1400 bbl/d were repaired 2021, and 75 wells for 2750 bbl/d in 2022. In previous role as Exploitation Engineer, researched heavy oil waterfloods and executed a pilot horizontal waterflood in Wildmere-Auburndale area.
