RV has a long history of working closely with Victorian teachers, to provide them with quality advice around superannuation, retirement planning and other financial advice needs.RV has 23 staff, 3500 private clients and over $1.5b in funds under advice. It is wholly owned by a group of companies, backed by 2 Private Equity firms, that include Fitzpatricks Private Wealth, one of Australia's most respected advice brands. RV and FPW benefit from working closely together and sharing best ideas.RV is just one of a number of equity partnerships that Fitz has in larger quality advice firms. As Head of Equity Partnerships, my role is to manage the Fitzpatrick’s equity stake, sit on their Boards as a Director, help grow our partner firms and bring the us operationally and culturally together.

AMP Advice (formally ipac) has 6 offices in Qld - Brisbane, Gold Coast, Tweed Heads, Toowoomba, Cairns and Townsville - with more than 50 advisers, 90 support staff and over $3 billion of client funds under management. My role was to lead the local management and adviser teams, as well as manage sales / lead generation, compliance, operations and the delivery of excellent client advice and service experiences to our thousands of ongoing private clients. I am also on the National AMP Advice Leadership Team which sets the strategic direction of both the employed and self employed offices which make up the new 'AMP Advice' branded community.At the end of 2016, we finalised the national transition of the former ipac branded offices to the AMP Advice brand and began to embed new client engagement and advice delivery systems into each office. My role progressed to work across the offices to optimise the new model to ensure we can deliver the highest quality advice as quickly and efficiently as possible. My role was to maintain ipac's excellent client acquisition and retention reputation as well as uphold brilliant client NPS results whilst we embed and continually improve the new and improved systems.I was a Director of Strategic Planning Partners (Gold Coast), TFS Financial Planning (Cairns), Financially Yours (Townsville), Goldhurst Wealth (Brisbane), Prosperitus (Brisbane), ipac Taxation Services (national), Wealth Vision Financial Services (Tweed Heads), Wealth Vision Home Loans, Total Super Solutions (Melbourne), Flack Advisory (Bendigo) and All Financial Services (Darwin). I am on the AMP Advice National Leadership Team am also the Responsible Manager for the Strategic Planning Partners, Prosperitus and TFS Australian Financial Services Licenses and the Hillross, AMP Financial Planning, Charter FP, SMSF Advice and ipac Australian Credit Licenses.
