I worked with Nicholle at UW-Stout from the time she started as Instructional Development Coordinator in 1999, until she left to take a position in Colorado. During that time, Nicholle's guidance of faculty and staff was invaluable, as was her influence on the Learning Technology Services department. She was a tremendous catalyst in the move from on-campus-only instruction into the world of online courses for our university, and was also very influential in the purchase and use of learning management systems at Stout and for the UW-System.
