Nicholle is one of the best professors I ever had. She is very knowledgeable in her field and would go above and beyond for her students. She was very supportive to me, even after the course she taught me was over. It has been an honor to be her student.

I worked with Nicholle at UW-Stout from the time she started as Instructional Development Coordinator in 1999, until she left to take a position in Colorado. During that time, Nicholle's guidance of faculty and staff was invaluable, as was her influence on the Learning Technology Services department. She was a tremendous catalyst in the move from on-campus-only instruction into the world of online courses for our university, and was also very influential in the purchase and use of learning management systems at Stout and for the UW-System. She was a fun colleague who saw the potential in the people around her. She is very dedicated to educational excellence, and the educators and students who would benefit! Sali Mounce UW-Stout
