It was a delight to work alongside Nichole from 2013 to 2021 and I can most assuredly say that any employer is lucky to have her on their team. She is committed, hardworking and responsive day and night. Nichole’s attention to detail and communication kept me and my team of 500+ on track. I knew I could count on her ability to drive traffic into the restaurants with exciting promotions relevant to our guests. Nichole has a special ability to capture so many details and communicate them in an eloquent way anyone can understand. Before my staff members sent her an email, I’d check the marketing update first because the answer was always there. One of my favorite programs Nichole was directly involved in was raising funds for pediatric cancer research through Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. Nichole has a remarkable way of providing easy to execute fun programs our management teams and staff members were motivated to participate in. Over our years working together my 7 restaurants raised nearly $1 million dollars. I highly recommend Nichole to any potential employer.

Nichole and I worked hand-in-hand introducing Red Bull Red Edition (Watermelon) to Applebee’s consumers through a creative menu placement called Playful Pours. The strategy of the campaign focused on guest interaction with their beverage, in this case a can of Red Bull. The eye catching red and blue layered drink was a hit with Millennials. Google Applebee’s Watermelon Wave and check out the Tik Tok’s. Nichole is uber creative and good at understanding how brands can work together to reach core consumers.
