I first worked with Nick in 2011, when as a junior lawyer I was put on his team working on aviation finance transactions. It was a real pleasure to be introduced to the world of aviation by Nick and I learned a lot from him during those years. Through late coffee fueled nights, tight timelines, long meetings and stressful negotiations, Nick was always able to keep a cool head, a good sense of humour and ensure that our team completed the task at hand. Since 2011 it has been a real pleasure seeing Nick's career progress in the aviation sector as he has gained experience and increasing levels of responsibility. His progression is not surprising given Nick's (i) second to none attention to quality and detail (ii) ability to keep the big picture in mind (iii) tactical and creative thinking and (iv) extremely strong work ethic. Additionally, I simply cannot say enough about Nick as a person. Nick is one of the most genuine people I have ever met and it was a real pleasure working with him. To put it simply, when the going gets rough, Nick is somebody you want in the trenches with you and he would be an excellent asset to any company.

As an aviation finance leasing specialist, Nicholas has experience of numerous different forms of products and has dealt with a range of lessees (from the least to the most sophisticated), which has allowed him to become highly versatile so that his approach is tailored appropriately to ensure that transactions are completed efficiently. Nicholas is an excellent advisor whose counsel I have sought on many occasions on commercial and legal issues. Nicholas tactical and strategic approach to issues allows colleagues and friends seeking advice to form clear plans that anticipate issues and arguments well before they arise.
