This includes filling out any required paperwork for proper turn in and documentation. -Maintain and report monthly ticket numbers through the use of a self-made Excel spreadsheet detailing clearly the number of tickets closed, status of equipment/parts ordered, status of repairs, and number of hard drives properly sanitized per month. -Served as the vendor point of contact regarding any warranty calls or services required for equipment, escorting technicians on site and reporting back once the technician has left the premises.
