As a member of the Production Team, I supervise the technicians who started up and now operate our pea protein facility. I work to provide them with the resources necessary to facilitate their jobs and help them to troubleshoot their equipment. I focus on creating standard work to document what we have learned during startup to pass on to the next generation of technicians.

Campus Ministry Altar Server Coordinator

I fill at least 17 volunteer positions each week through recruiting, training, and coordinating a group of about 50 altar server volunteers. I work closely with eight other students and the college Chaplain to plan and execute a wide range of liturgical events on campus with the goal of reaching and engaging as many students as possible in the Catholic faith.

After a year of working at the circulation desk as a freshman, my supervisor selected me to become a research tutor. I was able to help students find information for coursework in a variety of academic disciplines including biology and ancient history.

I grade students' homework submissions (generally MATLAB code) and am available for tutoring in the class material. When grading, I provide detailed feedback which calls to attention exceptional aspects of the submission as well as errors to be corrected in the future.
