This experience really taught me a lot on what it takes to effectively run a business and have a smooth operation going. Kinda like in the world of sports, planning and executing large-scale construction projects has a million moving parts. While I did make mistakes along the way, these helped me to learn why I failed and were the most important learning parts throughout this experience. I realize that building fence sounds like it has nothing to do with the sports business world. Regardless, I am certain that the problem solving skills I developed, the planning and executing methods used, and overall finding a way to make anything happen will carry over into all of my endeavors.
