In my tenor at Advanced Flight Systems I have: - Software Lead for next generation portable EFIS product. - Ported a large project from an embedded platform to Linux, forming the core of the AF5000 series systems. - Developed and implemented an OpenGL based 3D engine to display a high detailed terrain awareness system. - Scaled the 3D engine to provide a top down map display. - Developed multiple interfaces to third party devices and application through a number of mediums. - Laid out a high-level multi-tiered OO system design for a large scale product, Honeywell's KFD840. - Designed and implemented multiple drivers and associated API's for a 'bare metal' embedded system built an a PXA320 SODIM. Such as the graphics driver for the the PXA320's integrated GPU. - Familiar with, and implemented the KFD840 project under, DO178B standards. Show less
