Nicholas' provided excellent meeting facilitation for a stakeholder group that included a community association, and several federal, state, and local public agencies. His personable style, agenda craftsmanship, documentation of decisions and activities, and unbiased perspectives continually helped diffuse potentially disruptive and unproductive differences and enabled the various stakeholders to find common interests and opportunities to coordinate individual agency project goals and resources.

Nicholas is amazing in his tenacious yet calm insistence on discerning objectives and finding honest ways to meet them. I mean, for example, in every interaction we had as the public engagement team with so many individuals and groups with a stake in how the world's first National Park would be managed in the winter, Nicholas was there, doing that. I recommend him as a pleasure to work with -- a cool, reliable guide in every controversial setting, he's got everyones' back, everyone in the room and those outside the room too.
