I worked with Nick for over four years at Goodwood. During this time, Nick's leadership and drive to create meaningful brand partnerships led an unappreciated growth across our commercial partnership portfolio. Furthermore, Nick's natural ability to lift team moral is superb and when combined with his strategic mind creates a powerful combination for most business scenarios.

I worked closely with Nick in 2010/11 at Goodwood. Nick has an impressive drive and strategic dexterity. This proved invaluable in a fast changing sales environment that required complex and bespoke structures to be delivered to clients within tight deadlines. Nick proved able to identify key client needs and cut through "corporate waffle" to deliver practical solutions to a corporate's marketing objectives. Due to this, Nick's input was sort in key account creative and tactical discussions as a core team member. Importantly, I enjoyed working with Nick and was grateful on more than one ocassion for his sense of humour and tenacity.
