In my role with Soil Born Farms, I managed the Harvest Sacramento neighborhood food systems initiative, as well as the Neighborwoods Fruit Tree Planing initiative in partnership with the Sacramento Tree Foundation. Managing a team of full time employees and volunteers, we worked to organize communities at the neighborhood level to improve the local food system through tree planting, creative partnerships, and public events.
