I came across Nick on my search for a very difficult C# role I had open in the Milwaukee area. Finding a strong personable developer like Nick is very difficult nationally. He scored very high on all his technical tests that we sent him prior to presenting him to our clients. I had him interview with a handful of companies, each of which he moved to final interviews and received an offer at each. He had to make the hard decision on which opportunity he was going to pursue. He has been doing a great job at the role he accepted and has been an ease to work with. I would highly recommend Nick as a person and developer.
