Dec 2018 - Present
In December of 2018, I transitioned cleanly from General Manager to Senior Designer of Night Light, Inc., in part due to the processes I developed and implemented for the existing design team. I have settled into a position that represents the culmination of my background in art as well as years of experience in field work and internal operations at this company.

Production Manager
-
Sep 2014 - Jun 2016
I began by evaluating of all Night Light's production processes, reinventing them and establishing a more streamlined workflow. I managed the day-to-day operations of my department and developed a more precise inventory system with which to work. As I cultivated the details of my own position, I instituted training programs to maintain and continually improve the process from sale to installation.

Lighting Service Supervisor
-
Jun 2001 - Oct 2009
My tenure at Night Light started in the field as a crew member and gradually increased to the position of Service Lead. It is in this position that I learned problem solving techniques that not only increased my knowledge of electrical systems but also prepared me for process problem solving in future positions. As a supervisor I developed skills that all relate to my current profession. These include; Customer Service, Time Management, Process Evaluation and Leadership.
