Within this project, I compiled six months of data associated with the time people put into originating loans and any expenditures. Also interviewing ten employees of the bank involved in this process to learn of any changes to the process that had occurred since 2016 that needed to be changed or documented. • Assisted on two-month end closings, and a quarter-end, summarizing the bank's information to be given to executives and also analyzing data from these months and quarter to provide support for the trends being seen. • Attended two separate events, one held by the Indiana Bankers Association and the other by the St. Louis Federal Reserve, building up my communication skills and improving upon my relationship management at these conferences. • Updated, finalized, and researched accounts and files within the bank's system every day, primarily focusing on accrual accounts and professional expenses, but branching out into different aspects, whenever needed. In the midst of this daily work I also job shadowed the operations side of the bank, the lenders, and the credit analysts. Show less
