  I pretty much am over shipping and receiving with it being a privately owned business so I do it all receive in material for jobs look at the material make sure it's all there and also make sure it's in good enough condition for us to use I also will take some parts locally to be finished up with prime and paint. dealing with the local customers is one of my favorite things to do it gets me out of the shop and gives me more and new people to talk to.   I was a shift lead for the restaurant which in the food business is an hourly paid manager not salary I had all of the same duties the general manager had I did inventory, handled money, did liquor cost and count, the nightly deposit, and would close and open the store. I never had a complaint I always loved going and talking to the guest and sometimes I would even sit down with them and have wonderful conversations just to get to know them so they would come back to our store. I would even go to the bar and help the bartender make drinks for customers and "shoot the bull" with them to get them to bring friends back and sit at the bar and drink eat and watch whatever sporting event was going on. overall definitely the job I loved the most with the interaction with customers and staff and the flexibility of the hours was amazing I would love to get back in that type of work.
