• Created a social media plan for an EV delivery startup which led to a 50% increase in order volume within the first month of implementation. • Coached the startup’s founder on how to incorporate the business and how to seek seed funding from grants and through investment which helped him secure $20,000 in capital. • Analyzed and re-wrote a charity’s bylaws which closed key loopholes which had allowed an employee to be poached and helped ensure that the founder would retain control of the charity. • Helped a student organization revamp their internal processes, increasing their volunteer retention and enabling them to run 5 extra events over the summer and fall.

• Employed through one of only two government grants given to the SFSI as an administrative manager and was additionally tasked with managing operations at both of SFSI’s foodbank locations. • Worked directly with the foodbank’s founder to research and approach organizations and foundations for donations and partnerships, leading to over $10,000 in additional funds secured. • Managed the foodbank’s database and trained over 20 volunteers on how to use the database to register food recipients.
