I worked with Nick at GRAIL working on several IT/platform initiatives. Nick was a project manager who led the integration of several key platforms on our system. As a fast growing and innovative laboratory, our product was heavily reliant on a high functioning/minimal downtime infrastructure that drove the entire lab. As such, Nick was tasked with quickly integrating new products to sustain our platform, but requiring a careful coordination with the business owner (myself) to minimize any disruptions to our lab. Nick had structured plans and provided updates to me as a stakeholder to ensure that I was well informed on progress and could plan operations appropriately. I highly recommend Nick to any organization that needs quick implementation of software or features that require a high degree of technical knowledge on product interactions.
