I worked with Nicholas Rick while serving together on active duty as a commissioned officers in the US Army. Nick was a team lead responsible for providing training to soldiers deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan. Some of Nick’s responsibilities included logistical operations, personal management, and deployment operations. Nick always demonstrated a high quality of leadership that was results oriented. Highly recommend Mr. Rich for any challenging leadership position required under the most stressful conditions, Nick will outperform expectations!

LTC Nicholas (Nick) RICH is an extremely professional US Army Officer, highly motivated, able to sustain endless hard work and excellent team-worker. He knows perfectly how to manage the personnel responding to him, in order to reach the assigned goals, providing timely directions and tasks. Being technically extremely well prepared, he is an excellent advisor and he surely provides outstanding performances in any situation and in any condition. Seriously committed to his job, Nicholas never let his boss down and he is available on a 24/7 basis to accept any kind of task. I've been very honored to have the opportunity to work with and manage him .

During my four years in the USMC I served in a leadership position as a non-commissioned officer of a 14 member infantry unit. I was responsible for each member’s health, well being, providing leadership, training, and guidance during physically demanding, extremely hostile and potential life threatening conditions. Required detailed planning and training to carry out task and ensure missions were successfully completed. I provided mentoring and professional guidance to individual members that enabled them not only to succeed but to excel well beyond expectations. I was encouraged by leadership to continue my military career by attending college and to become a commissioned officer. Show less
