I was lucky enough to "acquire" Nick through the ZoomInfo Acquisition of Chorus.ai and it has been an absolute pleasure having him on our team. During a relatively heavy acquisition period, Nick took on multiple projects and had his responsibilities changed multiple times. His incredible attitude was unwavering. Additionally, Nick never missed a mark in terms of his headcount goals - he regularly overachieved on everything he was asked to do. As a recruiter, Nick has specific focus in the areas that matter most and worked to improve them - initiatives including DEI recruiting and subconscious bias training and awareness. He finds top talent, supports them through the process, and brings them over the finish line. As a team player, Nick set us up for success by creating an incredibly thorough and complex outline for all the teams he supports, the members, the interview processes, the specific details of the role - it was above and beyond what I could have ever expected and the whole team will improve because of it. And more than anything professionally, as a person, Nick is genuinely good and kind. He gives a damn about people, his team, and his own career progression to be the best he can be. You are the absolute man, Nick. To the moon, buddy.

Matt McGraw

Nick is an empathic and polished talent professional, exceptional in his ability to drive people towards selecting great outcomes for their careers. Approaching a decade of total experience in our field, his drive to understand and communicate important people-focused nuance made him a reliable advisor to the talent he helped, hiring executives, and our own team and leadership. I recommend Nick to any executive working to grow a thoughtful, high-performing talent function.
