      Currently working for a startup company who is partnered with another startup who is developing a new ERP platform based around the concept of a "No Code" experience. Being that this is a startup, there is not a clear role description. Ultimately I am able to help wherever needed as our customer base/pipeline grows. I have done application development, learning the no code platform. I have worked with the ERP supplier, learning some of their processes directly, supporting their Financials module. I have worked directly with customers, supporting their business needs and providing new development to improve business process through the use of the tool. I have sat in on large Designs of new functionality offering insights, mostly from the business perspective and less from a technical perspective. I have supported internal and external training of the toolset to new employees and customer Business Analysts/ Developers. I have also taken on internal Quality Assurance responsibilities as there was a need for more Quality Testing and documentation.
