  My duties involved learning and teaching the members the basics of choral singing and ensuring the overall quality of the tenors in the choir. Additionally, I had to lead the section by teaching and mentoring them in the new songs and during all performances. I was also committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment to bring out the best in each member and create exceptional musical experiences.

  I was responsible for assisting and supporting the president in all tasks needed, such as communicating with a third party, completing documents, and in planning of the yearly plan for iChoir. I was also responsible for working closely with the different departments, especially the Public Relations department, to ensure that the goals were achieved such as in the promotion of the club.   My role involved working with the Organizing Chairperson (OC) to plan the timeline, conduct meetings and prepare the meeting minutes, prepare any necessary proposals, supervise the planning and execution of the event, to invite the VIPs, and work closely with the different departments to ensure quality work.

  My duties included managing the storeroom and equipment of iChoir. However, due to the pandemic, I was unable to complete my entire job scope, but it did allow me to branch out and step out of my role such asby contributing valuable opinions and feedback in important decisions fo the club, suggesting creative ideas for different projects, assisting other departments, and more.
