  National Operational Manager's aim is to effectively manage A.P. Broome Landscapes’ national operational portfolio, guiding the broader workforce with competent, confident leadership to achieve success across all activities within the operational workstream. National Operations Manager is expected to contribute at a strategic level, ensuring that operational delivery standards match those outlined by historical expectation and long-term company development goals. In this role, the National Operations Manager will utilise all available resource outlets, alongside their extensive knowledge and experience of the marketplace/business to seamlessly deliver ‘best-in-class’ operational service to all current and prospective clientele. The jobholder will play the role of an integrator in ensuring alignment of the most effective company processes across all current accounts, yielding continued improvement in productivity, operational efficiency, contract adherence and client satisfaction.
