      Reporting to the Property Director, I am ultimately responsible for all new store acquisitions across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Having built my team from 3 Surveyors, my role now requires the management of a team of 12 including 7 Regional Acquisition Surveyors and 2 Senior Acquisition Surveyors.As part of the Senior Leadership Team, I am involved with the devising, implementing and policing of departmental processes and strategies to ensure company targets and standards are continually exceeded. The role also requires accurate reporting and forecasting of a number of Key Performance Indicators including predicted opening numbers to the wider business including the UK Leadership Team. In 2017 we opened a record number of stores (97) beating our previous record of 81 in 2016. I have been involved with the retendering of the company’s legal advisers as well as being solely responsible for the appointment of a panel of five planning consultants. As part of my role I am required to check and approve all legal documentation and am ultimately responsible for the accurate production of cost sheets, cost undertakings and offer letters. The role requires daily interaction with the Franchise community. Key Achievements:• Record number of New Store Openings in 2015, 2016 and 2017• Over 100 lease completions in 2016 and again in 2017• Over 340 stores opened (as at January 2019) since the start of my role• Reduction of departments abortive costs by over 98% since March 2013• Built up acquisitions team from a head count of 3 to current head count of 12• Introduction of Lease Policy document to ensure consistent negotiations across surveyors.• Awarded Employee of the Month for going above and beyond
