Alain Gagnon, B.Eng, MBA

Nicholas and I were part of the senior management team at CSC from 2017 to 2019. Nicholas's leadership help streamline all production processes by working closely with his team, coaching and empowering them to solve issue by themselves. Nicholas have a good sense of what his team need to be successful and a very keen approach to establish the right process. He is very approachable guy and I miss our daily discussion how to improve operation and ourselves. I highly recommend Nicholas in your organization and he is a great person to work with.

Anastasia B.

I've had the privilege to work for Nicholas and have learned a great deal from this energetic, approachable, and charismatic leader. Three things impressed me the most: - His ability to see the deep-seated root cause of a business problem and develop an innovative strategy to implement cultural and organizational changes that bring about tangible results such as higher sales, improved operational efficiency, and optimized supply chain. - Nic's brilliant ability to explain and illustrate complex business concepts of an MBA graduate level in terms understandable at all operational levels, allowing people to truly see the big picture and thus achieve genuine buy-in. - Nic's ability to encourage and inspire his people. I've heard from more than one of my colleagues, who also worked for Nic, that if you are confronted with a new and complex task and ask for Nic's input and support, you leave the meeting not only inspired that you can certainly do it, have the tools and the skills for it, but also encouraged and believing that you will be successful. I think his ability to listen and support his people is invaluable for an organization in empowering the employees to do great things, go out of their comfort zones to grow and develop as professionals. I hope our professional paths cross again!
