      As part of the Fossil group, my experience in customer service grew through their vision of "Vintage Hospitality." Each day our main objective was to make sure every customer leaves with positive memorable interaction that keeps them coming back, regardless if they were tourists or locals.       From previous retail positions, my experience brought me to this company as a Sales Lead. Although working in other retail establishments that had a low tolerance for "steady" work ethics, being a part of the Quiksilver team shaped my position for taking initiative and responsibility.
