I specialise in managing, implementing and developing public diplomacy and strategic communication-focused contracts. I am the lead Project Manager for the implementation of the following EU-funded projects: - EU Regional Communication Programme for the Eastern Neighbourhood on behalf of DG NEAR (2020-24 €10 million). The project supports Brussels and EU Delegations in harmonising and coordinating communications across regional programmes and projects, expanding online and offline visibility and awareness of the EU, campaign design, disinformation mitigation strategies, media outreach and youth network management (Young European Ambassadors initiative) - EU Policy and Outreach Partnership in the USA on behalf of the EU Delegation to the USA (2016 - 23 €6 million). The project provides the EU with a structured framework to design and execute public diplomacy actions, including event design and management, media outreach, network building, and development of policy papers. And previously: - EU Policy and Outreach Partnership in Canada, - EU Policy and Outreach Partnership in China - International Digital Cooperation - TRANSTUN: An initiative that addressed CBRN risks in EU cross-border tunnels. Key functions related to my project portfolio: - Overall contractual, financial and administrative management - Client coordination and management - Design and implementation of targeted and strategic policy outreach actions, communication & awareness campaigns and EU stakeholder engagements - Team management, including external experts and supervision of junior internal colleagues supporting project management. At the Department level, I support supervising junior colleagues and providing in-house expertise on other bids or projects. I am also coordinating business development opportunities and the drafting of tender proposals, including successful bids for projects in Canada, China, Taiwan, and Eastern Neighbourhood. Show less

My time at the Omega Research Foundation helped to cement a passion and interest on the broader human rights implications relating to the use of military, security and police technologies. I participated in an eye-opening and educational volunteer program at the Nobel prize-winning Grameen Bank in Bangladesh.
