Nick is very knowledgeable and passionate about the energy industry. I enjoyed working with Nick, he was always someone that I could count on to help me with any questions I would have involving projects in the lab. If Nick didn't know the answers to my questions he would diligently track down someone would could. He is very patient and friendly and would treat my constant questioning as if it was just as important and if it was a supervisor asking. I wish all his future job accomplishments go as well as the one we worked together on.

From October 2006 until November 2008, I worked primarily in the Hydraulic Fracturing PSL. Served as the lead engineer on various types of hydraulic fracturing jobs, including CO2 and N2 foam fracturing, crosslinked-gel and slickwater operations. From November 2008 until October 2009, I cross-trained into Cementing, taking on Field Engineer duties for the area’s most active operator. Implemented a process to individualize spacer design for each job. Brought up to date a three month backlog in post job analysis reports. Reduced on-job downtime by working with operations and client to create a clear pressure test standard for all cement jobs. Improved product quality by working with Halliburton’s TLMS Global Champion to diagnose problems with and improve cement mixing equipment performance. Show less
